CHOCOLATE CHIP ZUCCHINI COOKIES

3/4 c. shortening (creamed)
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 bag chocolate chips
2 c. grated zucchini
Mix well and drop by spoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet.
This was an easy recipe. You really couldn't taste the zucchini so it is a great one to make for kids.
